Update to Frank App on Oct 1st – complete these steps
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FRANK APP USERS
We are making an important security update to Frank App on Sunday, October 1st, 2017. Due to this, you may experience temporary difficulties in using the App. You also need to sign in to Frank App again. We apologise for the inconvenience beforehand! Please complete these steps:
- On Sunday, download the latest release of Frank App from AppStore or Google Play. If your phone installs version updates automatically, make sure that the new update has been installed.
- Sign in again to Frank App and verify your phone number. Signing in takes about 2 minutes. Your digital student card photo and other information will remain untouched.
- Keep your valid student card with you on Sunday in case of a potential maintenance break if you’re e.g. travelling by train.Take a screenshot of your Frank App and student status just in case.
