The most direct route to the office from the Main Entrance. From the entrance, go through the glass doors on the right and go downstrairs with the elevator or stairs. Go through through the glass doors on the left from the elevator. Continue at the end of the corridor.

Member service

JAMKO Office can be reached by phone on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, between 10am and 3pm. If we are unable to answer your call immediately, we will call you back as soon as possible.

Office opening hours
  • Tuesday – Thursday from 11am to 2pm

From Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm, outside of normal office opening hours members can come to the office by appointment. You can reserve an appointment through Setmore-application, the link is below.

Main Campus, Rajakatu 35, D-wing’s basement, room DK25. The most direct route to the gym from the outside is through door D13.

Please note, that the gym is not accessible. The only route to the gym is via stairs.

  • Saturday 20.12. Campuses closed, gym is closed

  • 7.–9.1. Campuses open until 3pm, gym closes at 3pm.
  • Saturday 10.1. Campuses closed, gym is closed
  • Monday 12.1.2026 onwards normal gym opening hours.
