Tutor recruitment is open  19.1-2.2.2026. In this recruitment we are looking for exchange tutors for exchange students arriving in Finland in fall 2026 and peer tutors for students of Finnish degree programs starting in August 2026

We are looking for peer tutors for the following Finnish programs:
Health and Social Studies:

Business & Finance:

  • Tiimiakatemia
  • Tietojenkäsittely
  • Palveluliiketoiminta (Restonomi), päivätoteutus

Technology

  • Tieto- ja viestintätekniikka, päivätoteutus

As an upcomming change, the agrology field is discontinued and is replaced by natural resources institute. Tutors are warmly welcomed to apply to this new field, especially from the current agrology students and technology students.

All those who fill out the tutor application form are invited to a group interview (max 6 people) and the tutors are selected based on the interviews. Interviews are in week 7-8. Working as a tutor requires going through all of JAMKO’s tutor training, because during the training tutors get all the necessary knowledge and skills to work as a tutor. During the tutor year, you can get 3-5 credits for yourself. Anyone can apply to be a tutor!
