Try Sahaja Yoga for free
Come and try Sahaja Yoga at JAMK! Sahaja Yoga is a simple method that helps the practitioner to become connected with the inner self. The morning meditations at JAMK are an opportunity for all those who are interested in discovering a natural approach for restoring their inner balance. In the weekly meetings, the course participants will have the possibility to learn e.g. Sahaja Yoga balancing techniques. In addition, in every meeting there will be a guided meditation. The course is taught mainly in English and is free and open to everyone. Preregistration is not required.
Day and time: From 9am to 10am on Wednesdays (from 9th of March to 27th of April, not on the 23th of March)
Place: JAMK sport hall on Rajakatu campus (Rajakatu 35)
