Problem with new memberships

The memberships for the term 2021-2022 are temporarily unavailable due to a data transmission issue. Memberships purchased in July have not been transferred to our membership register, and consequently, activating the digital student card as a new student has not been possible. The data transmission issue should not affect digital student cards that have already been activated, and the membership for 2020-2021 (the whole term / spring term) is valid until the end of September.

We are working to resolve the issue and we will inform members once it has been resolved. We will update this article with the latest information and if need be, we will contact you individually.
