Well-being week: Guided gym workout
Find a new hobby or find new ways to workout! In autumn term 2022 JAMKO teams up with Academic Sports of Jyväskylä (uMove) to arrange a guided gym workout once a week at JAMKO’s gym. Gym workout is a guided gym training where you can learn the basics of gym training, get to know how to use the equipment and learn the right techniques for multiple gym exercises. This class is suitable for beginners.
The class is available to both JAMKO members and students who have purchased a sports sticker through uMove. The class is free for JAMKO members! There are 10 places for JAMKO members on each class. You must make a reservation online beforehand in order to participate. More information and reservations.
