ELINA OKSANEN CHOSEN AS THE SUBSTITUTE FOR GUIDANCE AND WELL-BEING ADVISOR

JAMKO’s recruitment committee chose rehabilitation instructor Elina Oksanen as the substitute for JAMKO’s Guidance and Well-being advisor’s maternity leave. Grumble weeks are held 20.3-2.4.2017 to collect feedback from JAMK UAS and JAMKO with an electronic survey. The renewed survey is much shorter and quicker to fill, as well as questions entirely focused on trusteeship. The survey opens on Feb 20th at JAMKO’s webpage. JAMKO’s Trainer Tuesdays with sport tutors start. The pace will be divided to more experienced joggers and to those who just want to enjoy the outdoors in good company. Academic Sports organizes Twerk+Dancehall workshop at Rajakatu sports hall on Sat 25 of March at 10.30am-12.30 pm. Instructor is a Finnish champion in twerk Monse Villarroel. ENTREPRENEURSHIP EVENT DREAMUP

The entrepreneurial student event DreamUp takes place in the Jyväskylä city centre on Tuesday 21.3.2017 at 12–6 pm. Scheduled events include inspiring speakers as well as a pop-up marketplace organized by student entrepreneurs. Parts of the event will be in English. STUDENT DISCOUNT FOR SPRING FAIR

Annual Spring-fair takes place again Feb 25th and 26th. 25.-26.3.2017 in Paviljonki. On Sunday, students get the ticket for 5€ (normal price 14€) with a student card.
