Thank you for the feedback on our member survey – we’re here to respond!
This spring’s member survey gathered a total of 237 answers. Based on this survey we can get precious information about how we are doing and what we need to take into consideration when planning our actions. Huge thanks for the respondents! We are more than happy to hear about you outside of the survey as well, as any and all constructive feedback will help us develop our services and actions for the better. You can see some of the highlights of the survey from below:
An ample amount of 74,3% of respondents gave us a rating of 8-10 when asked if they would recommend JAMKO membership! We are grateful that so many of the respondents felt that our membership is worth it. We however also recognize that there is quite a lot of work still to be done to make our membership even more valuable, so the development work continues on!
“It would be nice to buy a membership for the entirety of my studies”
You already can! Starting from the beginning of 2026 we have made it possible for you to purchase a membership for up to 4 years. We have added the ending dates of the membership options to their titles for clarity as well. JAMKO membership is cheaper the more years you buy.
“A treadmill would be a nice addition to JAMKO’s gym”
JAMKO gym already has a treadmill! This is a recent purchase, and alongside this we have updated the cable crossover machine and made some other adjustments to the gym.
“I wish there would be more coffee discounts in Dynamo campus”
We can make this happen! Due to your survey feedback we have already organized a coffee campaign with Restaurant Cube of Lutakko campus which started from 20th of April. JAMKO members can have their coffee -0,75€ cheaper from there! This campaign lasts until May 22nd and we will most likely continue this in autumn as well. Would this be something interesting in the future as well?
“I wish there would be clearer communication about JAMKOs events, office opening hours and basic functions and activities”
Thank you for bringing this up! We will take communication clarity into consideration when planning communications for the autumn.
“Build a nuclear reactor, would be cool”
If we can get our hands on multiple kilograms of uranium and a few billion euros, we will consider this idea! If we do this we could also offer some summer job possibilities from this member owned nuclear reactor.
This does not even remotely have all the answers we got from the survey, but we will continue going through the survey for all the good and the bad so we can make this package, which is JAMKO, a little bit sexier. Thank you again for answering the survey!
