Academic Sports’ year is changing!
This week is the last week of Academic Sports’ fall season. Take part to our Christmas week and get into the Christmas spirit.
Group fitness classes continue until 16 of December with the special Christmas classes. Enjoy Christmas pilates, take your woolen socks with you and come to test how they are used in a class with woolen socks, let your mind and body clam down in lovely yinyoga or dance yourself happy in an afro class. You can participate in classes with a sports sticker.

Ball games continue until 16 of December. The last Ice hockey session of the year on Fri 16 of December at 2-3 pm changes to Icedisco! Take your skates with you and come to skate and dance with the great hits, newest pop songs and loveliest Christmas carols. The Icedisco takes place in Synergia Ice Stadium and is free for all students (no sports sticker required). Icedisco in Facebook.
If you don’t have a sports sticker, you can buy spring season’s stickers now! With a spring sports sticker you can participate also in this week’s classes.
In spring you can choose from three sports sticker options according to the services you want to use:
- A gym sticker EUR 35 (The Kortepohja and Monitoimitalo gyms)
- A group fitness and ball games sticker EUR 40
- A combination sticker EUR 60 (the gyms, groupfitness and ball games)
Go to www.academicsports.fi to buy your sticker. Pick up the sticker from JAMKO’s office or the University shop Soppi (Seminaarinkatu 15) after the payment.
With an academic year 2016-2017 sports sticker you can participate in group fitness, ball games and use the Kortepohja gum in spring 2017. If you want to use the gym in Monitoimitalo, you need to buy a gym sports sticker.
