Explore offerings during Open Doors
Get to know the wide range of autumn activities for free during Open doors at the beginning of September. You can try out group fitness classes and ball games from Monday to Friday, September 8–12. Registration opens 8 days before each class or session. During the Open Doors, you also have the opportunity to visit and train at the Monitoimitalo Gym and our partner gym Klub1 on Saturday, 13 September for free.

Deepen your skills or discover new training styles in our courses! Many are organized in collaboration with our partners. Here are just a few highlights:
- uMove x Studio Laive Aerial Yoga: Gentle support in the hammock
