Want to help make student life better and improve yourself at the same time?
Are you full of ideas that need a platform, do you want to influence student life on campus, or are you interested in learning new things, developing yourself, and gaining experience in leadership and teamwork?
Now you have a great opportunity! We are looking for new members for the JAMKO Board for the coming year 2026. In addition to the chair and vice-chair, we are looking for at least nine board members, each with their own area of responsibility. However, the work is done together, so you will always have support.
The Board application period is open from October 22 to November 7 at 3:00 p.m.!
As a member of the Board, you will get to plan and implement activities for the benefit of students, represent the voice of students, organize events and collaborate with various parties, and above all – work in an enthusiastic and communal group for the common good and a better future for students! Board members earn credits for their activities and also receive a compensation.
You don’t need to be an expert or know everything about everything – the most important thing is the desire and motivation to learn, make a difference, and work together! This year will teach you many things that are highly valued in the working world, and you will also get to practice things that interest you.
How to apply:
- Fill out the application form during the application period from October 22 to November 7 at 3 p.m.
- Introduce yourself at the student union representative council meeting on November 10 at 4:00 p.m. Candidates will be interviewed after the meeting. No new candidates will be accepted after this.
- On November 11 at 4:00 p.m., the JAMKO representative council will decide on the persons to be elected to the Board.
Come and help shape the coming year from the students’ perspective, and yours also – be bold, work together, and bring your energy!

You can also stand as a candidate at the meeting on November 10, but a member of the Representative Council must nominate you if you are not a member of the elected Representative Council yourself.
