Eetu Kinnunen Appointed as JAMKO’s advisor in Guidance and Well-being

Eetu Kinnunen will start as advisor in Guidance and Well-being at Student Union JAMKO in August 2025.

The recruitment process was exceptionally competitive, with 14 applications and strong candidates. All the interviews were very close, and the Recruitment Team made its final decision on May 30, 2025, with the Student Union’s Board confirming the decision on June 2. “Eetu Kinnunen brings strong experience in education and guidance. He is a humane, perceptive, and people-oriented expert whose versatile skills will be a valuable asset to our team,” says Ismo Puhakka, Executive Director of JAMKO. Kinnunen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy.

His main responsibilities include planning and delivering tutor training in collaboration with the Student Union’s Tutor Sector, organizing tutoring, and designing and assessing related study modules.
Eetu Kinnunen will serve as replacement for Stella Palassalo from August 4, 2025, to May 31, 2026.
